What we do

We help people who hold mortgage notes find out whether independent buyers might be interested in them, and we arrange an introduction. We are not a lender, a law firm, a tax advisor or a financial advisor, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

No guarantees

Whether your note fits is only a first check against general guidelines. Any purchase is made by an independent buyer and is subject to that buyer's review, underwriting and funding. Buyers pay less than the balance owed, and we cannot promise any price, approval or closing.

Fees

We do not ask you for money up front.

Your information

You agree that the information you give us is true and that you have the right to share it. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Text and email

If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text and email about your note. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

AI-generated video host

Videos on our social media may use an AI-generated version of our owner to explain things. Every call and every decision is handled by a real person.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using this site or relying on the general information in it. Please talk to a qualified attorney, tax professional or financial advisor about your situation.
